Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. We’re happy to connect you directly with past clients—real families who can speak to their experience working with our team from initial consultation through move-in. We don’t just offer a name and number; we want you to have a genuine conversation.
Our portfolio section showcases completed projects across Austin, the Hill Country, and surrounding areas. Each listing includes project photos and highlights the scope, style, and features that made each build unique.
We also encourage you to review our testimonials page, where past clients share their experiences in their own words—including what it was like to work with us, how we handled challenges along the way, and how the finished home has changed their family’s life.
When you’re ready to talk, we’re ready to make the introduction. Reach out through our contact page and we’ll set it up.
We don’t maintain an in-house design team—and that’s intentional. Our role is to be your expert builder and trusted project partner, not to steer your vision toward any particular design agenda.
If you already have an architect or interior designer you’re working with, we integrate seamlessly into that relationship. We’ve collaborated with a wide range of design professionals across Central Texas and know how to work productively within those partnerships.
If you’re starting without a design team, we’re happy to connect you with architects and designers we trust based on your project’s style, scale, and budget. We’ve built those relationships over years and can make introductions that are a genuine fit—not just whoever’s available.
Our Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) is specifically designed to bridge the gap between your design team and our build team early in the process—so that by the time we break ground, everyone is aligned, surprises are minimized, and your budget stays on track.
Either situation works for us.
If you already own land, we’ll start by understanding your property—topography, access, utilities, and any HOA or deed restrictions—so that our build planning accounts for the land from day one. Some of the most beautiful builds we’ve done have been shaped as much by the property as by the floor plan.
If you’re still in the land search phase, we can be a useful sounding board. We’ve worked on properties throughout the Hill Country and Austin area, and we have a sense of what to look for (and what to watch out for) from a construction standpoint—things like slope, access road viability, water well and septic feasibility, and overall buildability. While we’re not a real estate brokerage, we can help you think through a parcel before you commit to it.
We’re also happy to connect you with land-focused real estate professionals in our network if you need someone to actively help you find the right property.
We stand behind our work—and more importantly, we stand behind our relationships with clients. Our commitment to you doesn’t end at closing.
Structurally, our builds are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty covering any defects in materials or construction quality that surface after move-in. Many of the systems and products we install (HVAC, roofing, windows, appliances) carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we document and transfer to you at project close.
Beyond the formal warranty, you have our direct line. If something comes up—whether it’s a question about how something works, a small punch list item, or a concern about a specific component—you call or text us. We don’t route you to a generic support desk. The same team that built your home is the team that answers.
For clients who’ve used our Pre-Construction Services Agreement, the level of documentation we’ve built into your project—line-item records, material specifications, subcontractor contacts—means that even years down the road, you’ll have a complete picture of how your home was built. That kind of transparency makes maintenance, improvements, and future sales far simpler.
