Phase 1-3: Pre-Construction Summary
Our Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) aims to streamline the communication and handoff between the design and build teams. This is typically a flat fee agreement that includes specific deliverables from the build team that help expedite the transition from design to construction.
Additionally, early integration with the design team helps us (the builder) become familiar with the plan details and gives an opportunity to present our analysis of the plans as it relates to constructability and alignment with the desired budget.
Phase 4: Construction
From initial groundbreaking to the final touches, you can be assured of:
- Ongoing progress updates via direct access to our Client BuilderTrend Portal
- Periodic milestone meetings to review progress
- Open communication - call or text anytime with questions
- Quality inspections at every critical phase
- Budget tracking - no surprise costs
Phase 5: Welcome Home
We know the settling in process can be unsettling. However, with our commitment to follow through and the trust relationship we've built along the way, these smaller areas like initial walkthrough, orientation and warranty will prove out our desire to see you and your family completely integrated and thriving in your new environment.

Pre-Construction Services
Our fees for pre-construction activities are designed to build trust as SRD invests valuable time and resources (outside of the fee arrangement) and even credits back a significant portion of your pre-construction investment as a goodwill jumpstart to your build.
Construction Costs
Detailed line-item estimates based on your specific choices. Actual
expenses are charged through at cost (no markup). Any budget savings are 100% yours.
Partnership
Our fixed fee structure helps align SRD goals with yours. Selection overages that do not affect scope of project do not incur markups.
